Frequently Asked Questions
On this page, you’ll find a list of the most frequently asked questions — with answers —but if you don’t find what you are looking for, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Can we take photos during the flight?
Definitely! Our aircraft has excellent visibility out the front and all windows. Door windows are “bubble” observation windows that make it easy to look out and down. All passengers get their own window, there is no middle seat, so no need to lean over anyone! If you have a polarized lens, this will reduce the glare from the glass.
How many passengers can you take?
We can take up to three passengers per helicopter. We operate two, three passenger helicopters and can accommodate up to six people at one time
Can we fly with other passengers?
Sure! Please feel free to post on our Facebook and other social media pages to find other passengers with the same dates or if we know of another group we will let you know.
Where can I find your prices?
Are your quoted prices one way or roundtrip?
All quoted prices are one-way unless we specifically quote a roundtrip.
What is your cancellation policy?
50% of the total amount is refundable for cancellations received 48 hours prior to travel. 24 hours prior to travel, the full amount will become non-refundable.
What happens if there is bad weather?
Due to the nature of the Caribbean, the weather systems come and go very quickly and we have very little to no problems due to last minute weather. Should there be a need to cancel your flight we do our best to reschedule or provide an alternative.
I’m a helicopter pilot. Do you have dual controls in the aircraft so I can fly too?
Due to insurance rules and FAA regulations, all flights must be conducted by our pilot. Dual controls are installed for instructional flights.
Can you do custom excursions?
Yes! We can hand-tailor a custom excursion to meet your needs. Please e-mail or call and let us know what you’re thinking about!
